  My daughter's gas dryer wasn't working/drying. After going to and fro trying to find a part, I went to B&W. The owner greeted me, asked me what was wrong and what I needed. From past experience, I knew it was a thermostate fuse. He pulled out a small part to fix the dryer. It was Holy Saturday. He handed me the part and I asked how much. He replied, "Happy Easter." No charge whatsoever. He also instructed me on what to do with the dryer and to clean several airways from the dryer to the outside of the home. He was knowledgeable and somebody who knew his stuff. I thank him. I got the thermal fuse changed out, cleaned up , and the dryer is running like new. I thank him and wish him much success.
